Today for lunch I made sandwiches for the kids, but inspired by a magazine for kids I read who-knows-when, decided to make them a bit more fun. Sure enough, the kids were enthralled and all I got left from them was their wooden skewer (naturally I had cut off the sharp end). I guess presentation really does go a long way!

So cute....but from a grandma/auntie perspective...be sure to take those sticks away when they finish eating!! I shudder to think what my grandkids would have done with those sticks at that age to themselves or the family pets.
I will follow your blog. I have a blog too as Violet so if they write that name on this...know it is your
